By using 1099ops.app ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. The Service is operated by CRNA Link LLC.

Use of Service

1099 Ops provides tools for shift tracking, tax estimation, credential management, and financial modeling for independent healthcare providers. The Service is for informational purposes and does not constitute tax, legal, or financial advice.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time and retain access through the end of your billing period. No refunds for partial months.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". CRNA Link LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including tax calculations or financial decisions made based on information provided by the platform.

SMS Terms

This section governs your use of 1099 Ops' SMS notification program. The full program disclosure, including the channel list and sample messages, is at 1099ops.app/sms-consent.

Program name. The program is called 1099 Ops SMS Notifications(referred to in this document as "the Program").

Program description. The Program sends transactional account notifications and two-way agent replies to verified mobile phone numbers belonging to active 1099 Ops account holders. Notifications cover quarterly estimated tax deadline reminders, year-end CPA package availability, subscription payment failure alerts, bank deposit and 1099 income reconciliation alerts (for users with a linked bank feed), tax filing draft and status updates when enabled, payroll reminders or status updates when payroll features are enabled, two-way questions, proposals, and approvals via 1099OPS Agent (our AI agent), and two-factor authentication codes via Twilio Verify.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies by your channel preferences and account activity. A typical user receives between 2 and 10 messages per month. High-activity users with bank feeds and the agent enabled may receive more. We do not guarantee any minimum or maximum frequency.

Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply. Standard SMS rates from your mobile carrier apply to every message we send and every reply you send. 1099 Ops does not charge you separately for SMS — but your carrier might. Contact your carrier with questions about your rate plan.

Supported carriers.The Program supports all major US mobile carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular) and their MVNOs. International SMS is not supported.

Opt-in. You enroll in the Program inside the 1099 Ops app by entering your phone number in the SMS Preferences settings or onboarding flow, selecting which channels you want to receive, checking the explicit consent checkbox confirming you have read these Terms and the SMS Consent page, and entering a 6-digit verification code we send via Twilio Verify. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or service.

Opt-out — STOP. You can opt out at any time by replying STOPto any message we send you. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will not receive further SMS from us unless you re-enroll. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT are also honored. You may also opt out by toggling a channel off in the SMS Preferences page in the app, by clicking "Disconnect SMS" in the app, or by emailing support@1099ops.app to request removal.

Help — HELP. If you need help, reply HELP to any message. You will receive a reply with our support contact information. You can also email support@1099ops.app.

Re-opting in. If you have previously opted out and want to re-enroll, reply START to any of our messages or re-enable the channel inside the SMS Preferences page in the app.

Authorization. By opting in, you authorize 1099 Ops to send you the Program SMS at the phone number you provided. You represent that the phone number you provided is yours or that you have the authority to receive SMS at it, that you will opt out via STOP if you no longer wish to receive messages, and that you will not hold 1099 Ops liable for SMS delivery failures, carrier filtering, or delays caused by your carrier or your device.

What we will NEVER send by SMS. We will not include the following in any SMS: your full Social Security Number, Tax ID Number, or EIN; your full bank account number or routing number; your full credit or debit card number; your spouse's personal information; or specific medical information. When dollar amounts appear, they are rounded to the nearest $100. Detailed information is available only inside the authenticated app.

Limitations and disclaimers. The Program is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. 1099 Ops is not liable for delivery failures, message latency, or carrier filtering. We are not a substitute for licensed tax, accounting, payroll, financial, or legal advice — consult a qualified professional before acting on information in any SMS.
